| Description: This heavy 2
3/4 inch medal commemorates the inauguration of
President Dwight David Eisenhower. Designer: "W.
Hancock". The reverse says: "Inaugurated President of
the United States, January 20, 1953". The medal is in
very good condition, but does have some light scratches.
The medal was originally acquired from the estate of
Charles F. Brannan, who was Secretary of Agriculture
under Harry S. Truman.
