This is a complete and original
Congressional Invitation set to the 1937 second term
inauguration of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
Congressional invitations were presented to VIP's as
invitation to the inaugural. This is the complete set
that includes the Ceremonies program, invitation,
portrait of President Roosevelt, portrait of Vice
President Garner and the original envelope. The set is
in truly excellent condition which is difficult to find
for this item. The envelope is marked No. 139 and has
some small staining on the side but otherwise the whole
set is in great shape. |
