Cover for President Franklin D. Roosevelt's third
inauguration held January 20, 1941. The cover was
postmarked on the USS Potomac ship and includes the
official FDR's Third Inauguration postmark. The cachet
is a Mello-Standard cachet and is listed as catalog
number FDR-III-5 in the Noble Inaugural cachet catalog.
The cover is well known for its misspelling of the word
"inaugeration" in the cachet.
