Congressional invitation and ceremonies program set for
Harry Truman's 1949 inauguration. This set
includes the ceremonies program, invitation, portrait of
the President and Vice President and the original
envelope. This is the invitation set sent by members of
Congress to VIP's. The Program is signed at the top (see
second picture) but I do not know who signed it.
