An interesting piece of New York political history written and signed by New York City Mayor Edward Koch July 17, 2006. John McCain was the guest speaker at the event held at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City. The autograph was obtained in-person by an 11 year C-SPAN cameraman that was covering the event. The popular Ed Koch served for three terms as Mayor of New York City. This is a rare glimpse into the Mayor's view of his bid for a fourth term and his obvious friendship with Ms Hart.
