Official 1977 Congressional Invitation set to the Inauguration of Jimmy Carter as President of the United States. This congressional package was sent by members of Congress and therefore was issued in limited quantities. It includes printed photograph of President Carter as well as Vice President Mondale, invitation to the inauguration, inauguration ceremonies program and the original envelope.
