This is an original early campaign letter from "The Wallace Campaign" headquarters in Montgomery Alabama from the 1958 presidential campaign of George C. Wallce. It is on the campaign's official letterhead and contains the familiar campaign slogan "stand up for america". The letter thanks the recepient for his donation to the campaign and the "fight for local self government". We assume the signature is not original but signed by a campaign worker.
