142 page Souvenir Program from the Inauguration of Cleveland and Stevenson in 1893. Great historical interest, with biographical information on New York political figures and Grover Cleveland. Vintage ads including ones for Otis Elevator, General Electric Railway and many others. Great piece of New York political history and the 1993 Cleveland Stevenson inauguration. It is in awful condition on the covers and markings in the text.
Tammany Hall was a New York City political organization founded in 1786 that was the Democratic Party political machine that played a major role in controlling New York City and New York State politics
