"One For The Gipper" unique framed display autographed by President Ronald Reagan on the front cover of Inside Sports Magazine featuring an interview with President Reagan and a photo of Reagan from the 1940 Knute Rockne movie. The item was signed for Congressman John H. Rousselot in 1981 during Reagan's first term as President anfor Rousselot's son and daughter-in-law.
This professionally matted and framed piece complete with a photo of Ronald Reagan holding a jersey with the famous reference to "Gipper #1"and a descriptive commemorative bronze plaque. It was produced by the FramedPresidents(TM) company and is a unique one-of-a-kind original item using archival quality glass and matting.
Ronald Reagan played the part of Gipp in the 1940 film Knute Rockne: All American. The screenplay has the line:
And the last thing he said to me, "Rock," he said, "sometime when the team is up against it and the breaks are beating the boys, tell them to go out there with all they've got and win just one for the Gipper.
