Ribbon has fraying in the center and crease so it is hard to see the Oct. 1911 reference in the last line and we did not want to disturb the fraying anymore than it is already. .

1911 Taxpayers' Convention Delegate Badge. Based on the medallion at the bottom which shows a design similar to the Coat of Arms but with a Native American on the left and a Minuteman style image on the right, we believe the badge was from New York.
In 1911, there was a wave of taxpayer movement in New York State in reaction to increasing property taxes and government spending.
