1941 Townsend Visitor Delegate Badge. Held in Buffalo, New York. Header with paper insert stating "Visitor Delegate" and name of delegate and State (New York) in pencil. Short red, white and blue ribbon with tombstone hanging beneath with busts of Dr. Townsend and Robert Townsend along with inscription Townsend 6th Nat'l Convention Buffalo 1941. Original, of course.
Dr. Townsend's propsal called for every person over the age of 60 to be paid $200 per month.
