This is National Committee Badge for the convention that was held in Philadelphia, Pennyslvania. Bust of Abraham Lincoln at the top and the Liberty Bell at the bottom. With two bars one stating the name Mrs Edna Basten Donald and the second bar identifying her as a "Member" of the National Committee. Original.
Thomas Dewey was a New York City prosecutor and District Attorney prior to running for the Republican nomination for President.
