1971 Tricia Nixon Cox White House Wedding Guest Gift & Official Photos. Patricia Nixon, the eldest daughter of Richard and Pat Nixon and Edward Finch Cox, were married at The White House, June 12, 1971. Includes: 1) 10 official White House photos of the wedding, each with the official White House inscription on the revrese 2) a candy gift box given to wedding attendees and rarely seen. The box, with silver embelishments and inscription reading The White House June 12, 1971 and the couples initials in the center. 3) a four page brochure entitled "A White House Wedding" with of the bride on the cover and description of the wedding inside and 4) the outer presentation folder. Original.
We have not unwrapped the gift, which we believe was chocolate, but after all these years please do not eat the chocolate!
Patricia Nixon Cox was married June 12, 1971 to Harvard Law student Edward Finch Cox in a ceremony at the White House Rose Garden.
