2006 Hugo Chavez - “ELECCIÓN PRESIDENCIAL 2006” Official ballot together with a folder carried by one of the hundreds of international election observers who, in Caracas and throughout the country, officially monitored the 2006 presidential election. Inside the very attractive and colorful 9” x 12½“ folder are: a smaller (8½” x 12½”) version, printed of the same ballot (but on non-glossy white paper); a 64-page training manual for the international observers and other election officials (in Spanish), with a few hand-written tabulations on the back cover; an unused 6” x 8” notepad provided to each official; a training CD provided to each official; a 3” x 12” unused ballot box tabulating paper; also included – a full color 2¼” x 3½” campaign pocket calendar with a photo of Chavez; a shiny silver-colored 1” 100 Bolivares coin; and a widely published op-ed, “Beisbol and politics: Making the call in Venezuela,” by Judge Charles B. Schudson, one of the U.S. inspectors (this version, published December 17, 2006, in The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel). All items in excellent condition
