Official license plate issued for the 2013 Inauguration of President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden with the POTUS inscription. Original.
There were three different official style plates issued for the inauguration. This plate is one that was issued by the Motor Vehicle License Systems (MVLS) department. The plates could be ordered with customized phrasing. This particular plate was issued with the word POTUS, the inaugural seal at the top right and "Expires March 31, 2013" at the bottom right.

The first official inaugural committee license plate was issue for the 1933 inauguration of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
