Includes a nice Norman Rockwell illustration of Smith on the front cover and an elaborate menu. Featured speakers included, Cardinal Spellman, Dean Acheson, Governor Thomas Dewey, Mayor William O'Dwyer and many others. The front cover features an image of Norman Rockwell's painting that was printed as a fund-raising poster for the Alfred E. Smith Memorial Hospital Fund. Original, and includes the original tassel.
