1992 Scarce Democratic Convention "Arkansas Traveler Security Admittance Button. Distributed at the 1992 Democratic National Convention to "members" of the ad-hoc group known as Arkansas Travelers. The button granted permission for the holder to attend "all the events" associated with the group. On the reverse it bears a sticker that says "Made in the U.S.A. by United Cerebral Palsy" Little Rock, Arkansas.  Original, and rarely seen.
