Original ticket to the Inauguration Ceremonies for Barack OBama's first inaugural. This is a special platform ticket. It includes the appropriate silver raised seal at the top left and the embossed Great Seal at the center bottom. The reverse includes the seating map of the event. PLATFORM ticket so the person was obviously a VIP. Original, of course. The border in the ticket is in a distinctive bright silver color which makes it difficult to photograph.
The ticket mentions on the reverse that "Supports for signs or posters are prohibited."
