One side has the Inaugural logo at the top and his titled "Etiquette for Inaugural Swearing-in-Ceremonies". The reverse also has the logo at the top and an area for the Section and seat number would have been assigned. Interestingly and as a sign of the times, the first sentance in this list of etiquette list refers to the requirement for this inauguration that face masks are required. Original.
The first line of the etiquette says "Properly worn face masks and social distancing are required for the entirety of the cremonies".
