1980 Campaign Carter vs Kennedy "You're Going to Whip My What?" Pen Set. In June 1979 President Jimmy Carter told a group of Congressmen that if Senator Ted Kennedy ran against him in 1980 "I'll whip his ass". This is a set of three different color pens that include a political style cartoon imprinted with a much larger Ted Kennedy saying "You're Going To Whip My What??" to a much smaller graphic of Jimmy Carter as a peanut farmer. Great original campaign item. All three color versions of the pens included. Original.
The Federal Communications Commission whch regulations obscenity and indeceny delared that Carter's remarks in no way violated regulations.
