Original license plate set (front and back) form the 1989 inauguration of George H.W. Bush and Dan Quayle as President and Vice President. This is the special Bicentennial inaugural plate celebrating 200 years of inaugurations. Includes the inaugural seal on the left but more importantly, this plate was issued to former Official White House Photographer for President Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan Karl Schumacher, hence the reference to Foto 1 on the plate.

In 1989 personalized license plates represented the majority of plates issued. They essentialy became marketing and fundraising items for the Republican party.
