Pen used to sign Assembly Bill Number 6709 affixed to a document signed by Nelson Rockefeller as Governor of New York. Framed, overall 16½x10". Senate Bill 6709 was entitled "An act to amend the insurance law, in relation to required age of applicants for insurance agents' licensees. Includes the State of New York gold seal and on the letterhead of the State of New York Executive Chamber. The pen is printed with Nelson A. Rockefeller on the barrel. Nicely mounted and framed, however the frame does have scuff marks and edge wear. You can re frame or leave it as is like we did, which adds authenticity to the item.
