Original tie tack with chain produced by Jimmy Carter's White House administration and distributed to White House visitors, VIP's and on the President's trips. Comes in the original box with the printed signature of President Carter on the front. The key chain has a presidential seal on the front is decorated in cobalt blue and gold colors. The reverse has the engraved signature of Jimmy Carter. Comes from the personal collection of a former White House official photographer during Carter's administration.
