Camp David JFK Military Staff Christmas Dinner December 25 1962 Menu. This first Christmas during the shortened term of John F Kennedy's presidency . The event was held at Camp David for Military Staff. 4 pages. Original and obviously a rarely seen item based on the skeleton crew that protected Camp David on Christmas Day.
While the Kennedy family did not stay at Camp David on Christmas Day, the military staff traditionally held their own Christmas Dinner complete with such listed menu items as Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Golden Brown Roast Tom Turkey, Prime Rib etc. obviously as a thank you for giving up their Christmas holiday to protect Camp David.
