An unofficial forum that brought heads of the richest industrialized countries together. The attendees (as listed on the front of the portfolio were  Brian Mulroney (Canada), Ronald Reagan (U.S.), Francois Mitterand (France), Margaret Thatcher (United Kingdom), Helmut Kohl (West Germany), Noboru Takeshita (Japan), Ciriaco De Mita (Italy) Jaques Delors (European Community). On the reverse the logos of Ford and CIBC are embossed at the bottom.
