Harry Truman original print , measuring approximately 20 inches wide x 25 inches high. Created by Hessler Studios in Washington, DC, and distributed sparingly which is why you see very few available today. Often considered one of the most attractive Truman portraits. At the bottom it includes the printed signature of President Harry Truman. While we have seen several of these advertised over the years as original signatures at very high prices - they are typically not personally signed but rather it is a printed signature. Beneath the Hessler logo the bottom left is the "Copyright Hessler Studios, Washington" inscription. A very desirable and attractive portrait. Original.
Ok, we admit it. This truly puts us in the category of history nerds. We've always wondered that Truman had written on the pad on her desk in this classic portrait. Well, we turned it 180 degrees and enlarged that section of the print. If you look at the last of the photos we have included you will see the result of our quest.
