Held April 10, 1896 at the Hotel Stenton. 12 pages. Includes, the menu, toasts and a page in the back titled Autographs and contained eleven signatures, including:
1. Sam Pennypacker, Representing the University of Pennsylvania, who later became the Governor of Pennsylvania
2. David J Brewer, Supreme Court Justice
3. William H Armstrong, former member U.S. House of Representatives
And eight other attendeess. However, given that we will likley never see another of these programs in our lifetime, we have no way of comparing the signature page to another copy to determine autenticity of the autographs.
