We're calling this item a thinkgamajig since we don't know what else to call it. It is a plastic badge like thing with photo of Hubert Humphrey and the words Vice President Humphrey beneath. Patriotic colors and stars at the top. The back is open, and the printing is a slip-in style paper. Original, but what the heck it is we don't know!
Hubert Humphrey served three ters in the U.S. Senate from 1949 to 1964.
