John F Kennedy Rocking Chair Novelty Item

We've always wondered what the story is being this interesting John F Kennedy novelty iem. It is a plastic box that on the outside has a caricature of President Kennedy and the words "If its good enough for the President". When you open the box it has the words "Its Good Enough For You" thus completing the thought from the outside, along with a mini plastic rocking chair. An obvious reference to JFK's famous rocking chair but the rest of the story behind the item we do not know. There are two color variets of this collectible. One with a blue top of the box and one with a white one. This is the white one. Original, and in very good condition.
