Photo includes Roy Cohn, Senator McCarthy, Francis (misspelled as "Farncis". The title of the committee was "Committee on Government Operatoins Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations. His aggressive tactics and accusations against the U.S. army, eventually letd to his censure by the Senate. Original. With attached caption below and the UPI Photo stamp on the reverse.
