1960 John F. Kennedy Unusual Flasher Campaign Button

This is an original and unusual campaign button for the election campaign of John F. Kennedy. The button is a "flasher" button in that as it is held and tilted it switches between two images of soft plastic. One image says "Kennedy for President" in blue type, and the reverse says Vote Democratic and has a Democratic donkey logo graphic. This unsuual button is framed in a plastic or rubber red frame and was produced by Cine-Vue of Yonkers, N.Y.
