Original button from the 1960 presidential campaign of John F. Kennedy. Large 3.5" diameter button "America Needs Kennedy Johnson" with photo of Kennedy and Johnson in the center. There are several varieties of this button, this one adds a 5 pointed star just above the JFK and LBJ photos and the in star is outlined in white. There is also a version with no star, and another with a star that has a white 3-d style border.
