Original mini-license plate originally produced as a campaign promotion for John F. Kennedy's 1964 re-election that never took place as Kennedy was assassinated in November 1963. A small amount of these souvenir plates were produced. We believe this plate was produced right before JFK was assassinated, which is why the year 1963 appears at the bottom. This is an off-white color variety.
