President Richard M. Nixon White House felt tip pen. The Parker Bill Signer pen has a silver top with silver trim and a blue barrel which has Nixon's printed signature and the words The White House. This early version comes with its original white case without the gold trim and is scarce, since later versions all had the trip. Distributed by the Nixon White House featuring the Presidential seal and Nixon's printed signature. Original.
