1960s Presidential Gift Soap With 4 Sealed Soap Bars With Seal & White House Designs. Nice gift item which each of the four soap bars still in their original sealed cellophane. Two the bars have the presidential seal embossed into the soap and the other two show the image of the White House and the logo in script of Magnolia. This is the four bar set, there was also a three and four bar configuration produced.
We have seen these listed for sale on various websites saying it is from the Kennedy era. although the packaging appears to be from the 1960s to early1970's but we have not found any evidence that it was specifically by the White House during the Kennedy administration. The crinkle type cellophane design and label style does suggest 1960's so pending further documentation, we will simply consider this a very nice collectible souvenir type item.
