1980s Scarce Reagan-Bush Presidential Service Badge National Security Council

1980s Reagan-Bush Era Presidential Serivce National Security Council Badge. Issued to members of the Armed Forces and government agenices who served as a full-time military staff to the President of the United States. Presidential Seal in the center, heavy weight and 3-D with cobalt blue and gold colors. Scarce and only worn by military officials from the National Security Council. It was to be placed on the right front breast pocket of their uniform. Includes the three original clasps on the reverse that were used, based on the weight of the piece to hold it firmly in place on a uniform. Numbers on the reverse as required by security #13601.
