USS Abraham Lincoln White House China Haviland Eagle Place Settings. This beautiful place setting was produced by Haviland France, as part of a limited edition reproduction of 500 dinner services honoring the USS Abraham Lincoln CV 72. The design features a rich purple border with intricate gold accents and a central American bald eagle emblem holding the E Pluribus Unum banner. The Certificate of Authenticity verifies that this dinner service is number 0005 of a limited edition of 500. It also includes a total of twelve (12) documents providing detailed documentation of the original purchase  including a Letter from James R. Thompson the Governor of Illinois from Abraham Lincoln's home state. It is very unusual that we see full set of these items and the documentation, especially with a low limited edition number of 0005, and the original invoice.

The set includes a total of twenty (20) Haviland pieces created by Haviland, Limoges and marketed by the United States Historical Society:

A) Four Dinner plates

B) Four Salad plates

C) Four Desert plates

D) 4 cups

E) Four saucers
