Amazing display featuring the original signatures of President George Bush, General Norman Schwarzkopf and Secretary of State Colin Powell. There are three separate commemorative envelopes each featuring different scenes from Operation Desert Shield and the Gulf War. All are postmarked at the APO station in New York, November 11, 1990. The envelopes are titled "Mission Accomplished", "Desert Beasts" and "Saudi Arabian Sunrise".

Each envelope was signed by either Bush, Schwarzkoph or Powell.
