Pen used to sign Assembly Bill Number 7148 affixed to a document signed by Nelson Rockefeller as Governor of New York. Framed, overall 16½x10". "An act to amend the penal law, in relation to possession of rifles, shotguns or firearms in or upon the buildings or grounds of educational institutions and to amend the penal law in relation to the crime of criminal trespass in the first degree" Includes the State of New York gold seal and on the letterhead of the State of New York Executive Chamber. The pen is printed with Nelson A. Rockefeller on the barrel. Nicely mounted and framed, however the frame does have scuff marks and edge wear. You can re frame or leave it as is like we did, which adds authenticity to the item. With signature of Governor Rockefeller and the Secretary to the Governor at the bottom.
