William Henry Harrison: Inauguration Ball Invitation with embossed decorative border for the "Tippecanoe Inauguration Ball. March 4, 1841." at Carusi's Saloon. This is one of two inauguration balls held that evening in Washington. The name of the guest, is included. The text and grapics are printed in a gold ink. Just-about mint condition... hard to find so nice. Henry Clay, Daniel Webster and Millard Fillmore are among the listed managers of the event. Truly in superb condition for this increasingly scarce and desireable invitation.
