Hon. Charles B. Schudson, APIC 136, served as a state/federal prosecutor, trial/appellate judge, law professor and Fulbright Scholar. He authored hundreds of published appellate decisions and many other significant works including: On Trial / America's Courts and Their Treatment of Sexually Abused Children (Beacon Press, 1989; 2d ed., 1991), and Independence Corrupted / How America's Judges Make Their Decisions (University of Wisconsin Press, 2018; Amazon Kindle, 2022), a nominee for the National Book Award, and an Amazon "Judicial System" #1 best-seller. Charlie has presented keynotes and courses throughout the world and has been a featured guest on NPR, PBS, and Oprah. In 1960, at age ten, he started collecting presidential campaign items ... and he still hasn't stopped.
