1948 Republican National Convention National Committee Badge. The convention nominated Thomas Dewey for President. At first a suffragette and then Miss Todd was a delegate or assistant delegate from New York, to seven Republican Conventions and a State Vice Chairman at the 1948 convention. Abraham Lincoln bust on top with enameled title bar that reads 'National Committee' with draped flags below. Supends two bars Miss Jane H. Todd and State Vice Chairman. Two red, white and blue ribbons, one with eagle liberty bell medal, the other behind. Original
