Original "joyous and sacred occasion" congratulatory card with printed signature of President Ronald Reagan and the gold embossed presidential seal at the top. "Congratulations on this joyous and sacred occcasion. You have our best wishes for your celebration, and we send our hopes for your future. Nancy and Ronald Reagan." The Reagan White House produced dozens of different cards, including ones for birthdays, anniversarys, weddings etc., but apparently they felt they also needed a somewhat generic card for "other" special occassions.
