The first was produced by CBS News on Election night November 5, 1996, the second is from CBS coverage of Clinton's trip to Geneva, Paris, Cologne, Bonn and Slovenia in 1999, and the third is for CBS News coverage of the Eleciton debates in 1996 held in Hartford, St. Petersburg and San Diego. Original.
These laminated luggage badges were popular during the 1980's and 1990's as souvenir items for the various news organizations.
