When Jimmy Carter and Walter Mondale ran for President and Vice President in 1976 the democratic party considered it vital to capture the growing hispanic voter base. This poster was produced by the 1976 Democratic Presidential Campaign Committee to attract the hispanic vote. The banner across the bottom of the photo is the campaign slogan "For a Fresh Start".
