Jugate – this term is used to describe any campaign item where two candidates are pictured; generally the president and vice-president. This term may also be used for an item where a governor and lieutenant governor are pictured. Jugate images are found most commonly on pinback buttons, but they may also be found on poster, pennants, postcards, textiles, and many other forms of political campaign items.
