Original and authentic card and envelope sent by first lady Jacqueline Kennedy to a constituent, California that says "Mrs. Kennedy is deeply appreciative of your sympathy and grateful for your thoughtfulness" in response to a sympathy card sent to the first lady after the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Includes the original envelope withe the printed free frank signature of Mrs. Kennedy . On the back of the envelope is printed "Mrs. John F. Kennedy" and includes black trim border as does the card.
