Commemorative inaugural cover from the 1941 third term inauguraiton of Franklin Delano Roosevelt as President. This cover is in very fine condition and unaddressed and postmarked Washington D.C. on the day of the inauguration January 20, 1941. The cachet is listed in the Noble Inauguration Cover catalog as FDR-III-3 as "unknown" but possibly a Roessler brand cachet. Hard to find.
