Large campaign medallion promoting William McKinley for president, 1896 & 1904. Gilt brass shell "medal" suspended from a large brass eagle with pin on back and "AN HONEST DOLLAR" brass plaque in between. Unlike many of these you see, all pieces are firmly attached. The Medallion is backed with a cardboard insert with extensive Pro-McKinley text and slogans. There are several different backpaper versions of this medallion. Some condition issues as noted below, but still a very presentable piece.
