1976 Republican National Convention button. Entitle Shoot Out, it has caricatures of Jerry Ford and Ronald Reagan the two Repubican candidates for President in 1976. This version is the pro-Reagan version with Ronald Reagan wearing the white cowboy hat. The Pro Ford button has the hats reversed with Ford wearing the white hat.

There were two versoins of this popular button produced for the 1976 Republican National Convention. Each version showed the candidate with either a black or white hat.
